Check out our newest feature to our web site, virtual tours! Now you can view each home or property from a panoramic standpoint. Each virtual tour includes both inside and outside footage of the selected home, giving you a more exclusive look and perspective of what we offer.

To view the virtual tour option, just simply go to our listings section, select a home, and click on virtual tour located under each listing picture. You can view more pictures in each virtual tour by clicking on the blue and white buttons.

Boat Storage 2011

Don't forget to winterize your watercraft at our boat storage located here in Pickwick. Each storage unit is a 12 x 30, 14 ft. tall unit. Our storage includes a 24-hour electronic gate as well as 24-hour access.

As of Fall 2011, these rates apply:

Monthly: $60.00 (every 1 month)
Semi-Annually: $300.00 (every 6 months)
Annually: $500.00 (every 12 months)
